SEAGRAVES HEREFORD FARMS
POCAHONTAS, ARKANSAS
DOTTIE
GUS
COWGIRL
They are very energetic and very quick to bond with their family.
They have lots of energy and spunk and need access to a lot of space to play,
or a job to do to work off the extra energy.
This breed is good with children, as long as the children aren't too rough.
They are very watchful around strangers.
They do shed so they require occasional brushing to remove dead hair.
They weigh 25-30 lbs.
Their height is 10-15 inches.
Their life expectancy is @ 13 years.
Colors of the breed are tri, sable, roan, and merle.
Health issues could be similar to that of any long spined breeds.
They are classed as herding animals.
Cowboy Corgi's are a cross between a Heeler
(Blue or Red) and a Corgi.
They mostly stay the size of a corgi and will have
more of the heeler color unless they are out of a
merle and then they will look more like a corgi.
They have big happy personalities and are very
playful, but still have the work and drive of both
breeds. These dogs are brave, intelligent and
self-confident.
We do not currently have any puppies available at this time but hope to have another litter this winter. All puppies will have 3 rounds of wormer and 2 rounds of vaccinations before they leave our farm. They are socialized with other dogs, cattle and kids. They also come with a vet check. Puppies are priced at $500 for females and $400 for males. A $200 non refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance must be paid in cash at pick up. We also work with a ground transport company that has reasonable shipping rates for those who don't live near us. If you have additional questions please contact: Kalie Seagraves 870-810-3651
WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO PURCHASE A COWBOY CORGI FROM US. IF WE DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BUY FROM A REPUTABLE BREEDER. WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THEY
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
